Life is beautiful if you travel through the world, taking with you always the positive things, but without closing your eyes towards the sorrows elsewhere.

It is like a cocktail. If you combine with consideration the best ingredients something new and wonderful is created. I invented and mixed the Life is Beautiful, an exotic fruity digestif cocktail on the rocks.

Ingredients

4 cl African Amarula Liqueur

3 cl Mexican Tequila

2 cl French Cointreau

1 cl Chinese Kwai Fee Lychee Liqueur

1 cl Lemon Juice

Garnish: 1 Slice of New Zealand Kiwi and 1 Cocktail Cherry

Preparation

Shake the ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into a Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with the slice of Kiwi and the cocktail cherry.
